Worked on the state Ukrainian television since 1973. Until 1986, he worked as an editor, senior editor, head of the international information department of the Main Information Desk of UT. Since 1986 - Special correspondent of the UT and TST of the USSR to cover the progress of work on the elimination of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant Since 2004 - Head of the Department of Television and Radio Broadcasting, Deputy Director of the Directorate of TV and Radio Programs of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Parliamentary TV channel "Rada"). Since 2009 - head of the press service of the All-Ukrainian public organization of persons with disabilities "Chernobyl Union of Ukraine". Member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine since 1980.

During 1987 - 1989. he continued narrating about the decontamination of the roofs of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, working in the burial grounds of radioactive waste, about the life of “self-settlers” and the like, always taking a true social position. Permanent TV presenter of all telethon "The Bells of Chernobyl", has repeatedly represented Ukraine at international environmental symposia.
Since 2011 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the International Organization "Union Chernobyl". Since 2015 - President of the Public Organization “International Organization of Disabled and Man-Made Disaster Victims“ Union Chernobyl ”.
